At Altrincham FC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official club merchandise. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 28 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Fill out the returns slip included in your original package, clearly stating whether you require a size exchange or a full refund for the item.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back at the club shop in resaleable condition.

Ship your package to our official club address via a tracked service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 working days.
